My remote control isn't pairing with my EKO Android TV?
Note: you can still using your Remote control without pairing but cannot use the "Google Assistant" Feature until paired.
If it fails to connect, try the above steps again. Otherwise contact our support centre for further help!
Subtitle keeps appearing while watching live TV?
Press "Menu" on your Remote Control
Go right and select "Advanced Settings"
Go down and select "Subtitle"
Switch all choices of subtitles to "Off"
