Tv is great but the remote is trash I dislike it so much it’s hard to press and causes the tv to be slow . This is my 3rd EKO tv so they are great I don’t understand why this bigger better tv doesn’t have the same remote with the mouse pointer . I want a different remote for this tv
This TV is quite good for the price, purchased 4 months ago. My second EKO, the only concern is the remote which for me is difficult to use due to no channel number buttons, I find it strange not to have this feature, also the menu is hard to use I don’t seem to be able to select my favourite channels. Is there an alternate remote that can be used with this tv. Thanks......
I found the tv good value for what I paid for it, as with others there were issues with remote, I just brought another remote from ebay. Fitst tv killed by a ball,the second killed in a shift. Have just brought my third eko. Dnt be put off by its cost, just go buy it and enjoy it.
TV has been working good till about 3mths ago when bluetooth stopped working been through everything factory reset etc and still no joy
Second remote they gave me the same one . After a month or so it is not working any more.
